Contributions to professional journals

 

The Firm encourages academic writing. Members of the firm are editors or members of editorial boards of a number of law journals.

  • The Bulletin of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA Bulletin) was founded by Professor Lalive in 1983: Prof. Lalive is now the Chairman of the Advisory Board, Matthias Scherer the editor and Domitille Baizeau a member of the Editorial Board. Bulletin ASA
  • Professor lalive has been collaborating to the Journal du droit international (Clunet) since 1965; he is currently its correspondent for Switzerland. JDI
