The firm provides specific advice on competition law issues, including unfair competition and restraints of trade by IP rights, licence agreements, franchise, character merchandising, registration and protection of trademarks, designs and domain names.
LALIVE also provides assistance and advice in establishing tax advantageous structures for the international exploitation of IP rights and full dispute resolution services, including litigation before the Swiss courts, arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in Geneva, and ADR.
