Sonja Maeder Morvant ranked among the top 40 investigations practitioners under 40

LALIVE Counsel Sonja Maeder Morvant has been ranked in Global Investigations Review’s second edition of the top 40 under 40, which ranks a list of accomplished young investigations practitioners. Sonja is one of the two ranked individuals from Switzerland and the only female Swiss practitioner.

With this ranking, GIR aims “to shine a spotlight on up-and-coming individuals” practising investigations, highlighting the future generation of leading practitioners from key jurisdictions and firms worldwide. The criteria used to select the final 40 included the cases the nominees had worked on, the jurisdictions they practised in and references received.

Sonja enjoys an excellent reputation in the international legal circuit for her experience in cross border investigations and white collar crime matters and is actively involved as an Officer of the IBA’s Business Crime Committee. She was ranked by GIR as one of the top 100 Women in Investigations in 2015 and is also ranked among the leading practitioners in Investigations and Business Crime Defence by Who’s Who Legal.

The firm has an established investigations practice and currently advises governments and corporate clients in a number of complex investigations worldwide. Please see more information here.
